Send the amount by NEFT / IMPS, then email the screenshot or payment reference from the same email you signed up with, so the credits go to the right account.
As soon as the payment appears in the account, the credits are added to your balance. They never expire.

After paying, reply with the payment screenshot or reference from the same address you signed up with, and the credits are added to your balance once the money arrives.
